A place to save stuff as…
Today was my first day on the ship of intern as Abby calls it. It was great. I set up my workspace did a little paperwork and then completed my first assignment: shoot pictures. Thursday will be day two with a client meeting and then I get to work on a logo. It is so awesome they let me just jump right in.
I’ve managed to get a phone interview on Thursday and I sent out messages to a couple west coast contacts I received from Trish… and I’ll soon find out about that internship from last week’s interview. I hope something pans out so I can have direction in my life again, or at least know where I should be focusing my apartment search.
This guy. Oh yeah.
It may be an internship for just a couple days a week and in Kalamazoo but at least it’s something.
I applied for two jobs in SF via email last night around 10–10:30ish. By 11 I received an interested response with follow up questions. I’ve never gotten an interested response before, and in such a timely manner. I’m quite excited by that.
One more job and one internship applied for today. That makes three job apps and one intern app this week. Nice.
Job application number 2 this week submitted. I’m getting good at this.
